An All Time Great Movie
Before the glut of Chopper Shows on cable TV reduced the world of motorcycling to a pinhole of grouchy, sleeveless, bad-boy "Bikers" packing an attitude, there was a movie about true Motorcyclists.
In any motorcycle lovers collection
A dated documentary of motorcyle racing in America.You cant call yourself a motorcycle enthusist without this in your collection.If you know where each of these genre's of bike racing are today then you can see we've come a long way and that while NASCAR may be America's motorsport we have as rich a tradition in the motorcycle racing as any country even though Harley cant hang much to my dismay.
On Any Sunday
I'm a fan of motorcycles and Steve Mcqueen. To have both in the same movie was an added bonus. It showed old school bikes and how people enjoyed their Sunday. Now riding is enjoyed every day of the week. Keep offering these type of movies. K. Guss ... Read more

Classic

This is a wholesome, entertaining video that the whole family will enjoy watching together. It demonstrates that even the physically challenged can participate in motocross and have fun at it. It's all in the attitude. This video is clean and well worth the price.

GREAT TO KEEP TRACK OF OLD PALS
FOUND THIS DVD TO BE VERY, VERY INFORMATIVE AND BROUGHT BACK A LOT OF OLD MEMORIES.DIDN'T MISS A MINUTE OF IT.
On Any Sunday Revisited
If you are 46 years old or older and used to Flat Track this movie is awsome.It's great to see all the detailed racing and how rough those old tracks were.The interviews are insitefull and take you back to the greatest era of dirt track the 60s and early 70s when flat track was king.It would have been better to hear Dick Mann, Gene Romero, and Jim Rice interviewed, but maybe they didn't want to. I hated to see it end.

The Best
This movie is still my all-time favorite.I race dirtbikes, and I started a little bit before this movie came out, so it's got a little bit of sentimental value too.But all in all, awesome footage, great music, Jeremy McGrath (what more do I need to say about him other than he's the best of all time!!)I highly recommend this movie for anyone's collection.

Speeding a motorcycle up a dirt hill and launching into a high jump through the air, then landing safely only to do it over again is gutsy enough. Now picture someone doing that, but then also leaving the seat of the bike to briefly perform a riding trick while airborne. That's what "freestyle motocross" is all about, and the best performers in this gnarly new sport go for the gold in this recap of the 1999 Gravity Games held in Providence, Rhode Island. The filmed action is often heart stopping, and the video also benefits from a narrative format that weaves profiles of the young riders in with clips of them in competition. The footage of riders performing their routines is often startling, as the tricks they perform "during air" definitely fall into the category of "don't even think about doing this at home." For example, during a "cliff hanger" a motorcycle rider, while sailing upward during a jump, rises from his seat and flies above the motorcycle, holding on only with his feet hooked under the handlebars, before settling back down on the seat to make his landing.The camera work in this video is first-rate (it was originally televised by NBC), and the judicious use of slo-mo highlights underline how perilous yet graceful freestyle motocross can be. Great Video
This video is one of the best out there because it has great camera work and Tony Hawk does some sweet stuff in it. If your not a skater then you'll probably hate it, or you wont understand why people like it so much, but if you like skating, tihs is a must have video!

This frenetic documentary about motorcycle daredevil Seth Enslowchronicles his career as a madman on two wheels, focusing on his attempt to setthe world's distance record for jumping a motorcycle more than 250 feet from one ramp to another. Enslow's reckless style is portrayed vividly with clips showing him doing things on a motorcycle that no sane person would even envision. Crashfest!
If you like freestyle motocross and long jumps, this is definitely a DVD for you.Not only is the footage from his world record attempt (and resulting injury) on here, but a tonne of footage of his crashes too.I also loved how they included some quick clips of his fun in various other sports (flipping a truck, snowmobiling, snowboarding, etc) Seth Rules
Seth rocks, this video is awesome, the best, and those who think that not showing it to their kids is a good thing, I mean please who are they kidding, would they rather them be watching Seth on a bike or big arnie shooting someone up or some homeboy selling drugs in half of the hollywood flicks today, I hate to shock them but kids have seen it all, a motocross video will do nothing to them, this one will however amaze them
