maria the video was fun i loved it you show that even people in wheelchairs never have to stop to rest you just keep on going & you never let anyone ever help you or push your wheelchair for you even a second ever keep up the good work a real big fan

It appears from the cover that Maria leads a sitdown aerobic workout. Instead she adapts to a routine designed for a walking person. It's difficult to follow since everyone but Maria and one other seated personare literally walking and grapevining all over the stage while Maria rollsforward and backward in her wheelchair stopping occasionally to do a fewarm movements. REALLY IS GREAT FOR EVERYONE!
I've had Multiple Sclerosis for 18 years and this is the onlyappropriate tape I've ever found! Workouts are not condescending and the focus is heart health. I cannot walk, jump, or dance, but thanks to this tape I CAN exercise!
