Had potential, but flops
PROS:Does 2x15 reps of a variety of exercises in a short amount of time. All of the exercises can be done sitting if you have bad knees, etc.The instructors are motivating.The routine is theoretically effective for toning major muscles, however, overall I do NOT recommend this video for the following reasons...
Fast moving, but intense workout
This video is a great arm workout.There is a short warm up and stretchbefore you jump right into the chest exercises (you will need a step to dothe incline and flat chest flys).Then the video moves on to shoulderswith plenty of exercises to make them burn.The last part of the videoconcentrates on triceps and biceps with a little forearm work.The 2instructors are very encouraging and move very quickly from one exercise tothe next, but they do take some time to do a couple quick streches inbetween sets.The actual workout is alittle over 20 minutes, and yourmuscles will definitely burn when you are done !! ... Not worth the money
I have the Abs of Steel video with Tammilee Webb and when I saw this video that combined Abs & Chest, I was interested.It was on sale for $3 at a local bookstore.Now I know why.Most of this video is aerobic and if you are the least bit uncoordinated, this will be tough to follow.I ended up fast forwarding over it to get to the chest & abs.I didn't find the exercises challenging at all.Pushups & butterfy -- I was hoping for some big secret to a firmer chest.Then came the cool down and I was left asking IS THIS IT???Gosh, I hardly feel like I did anything.Unlike ABS OF STEEL, there are no levels to this tape.Beginniner, advanced, it's all the same. I'll try it a few more times just to be sure, but I will definitely keep forwarding past the aerobic.I hate workout tapes that have leotard-clad Barbies chanting "One more.You can do it".Yuck!I am fairly fit and enjoy TaeBo videos that are more of a workout.I really wanted a challenging tape to work my abs & chest, but I guess this was not it. This one will be in the next garage sale.

Yes it's tough but WOW
Three gals rotate guiding the routine for you.Yes it's tough to follow, especially the first time, but if you can force yourself to try it a couple more times it's challenging and makes your realize just how out-of-shape you may be!These girls work you hard for 50 minutes, It's aerobic and as you move you are working chest and abs, extensively and constantly. Great Abs Workout
This is a really great video.I wasn't able to keep up with the instructor the first time I did it, but after just a few times, I am now able to keep up.I will agree with the other reviewer that this may not be a video for someone who has a large gut because the exercises would be very difficult.But with that said, if you want to lose the gut, building muscle aids in burning fat. Great Workout - short and to the point!
All you need is a mat, and two dumbbells (min. 8 lbs each) to work this program. Michael is easy to follow and he demonstrates the proper form and technique through each movement. Once you make it through the advertisments at the beginning of the video (why do they have these?) the workout lasts about 30 minutes including warm up and cool down. It's a great workout for all fitness levels - you won't feel left out if you are a beginner, and the exercises are easily modified to accomodate the more advanced. Michael tells you everything you might need to know. I've seen many workout tapes for men, and this is one of the best.

Disappointing,Waste of$!Exercises not as the title suggested
There are hundreds of fitness video targeting for thighs, butt, stomach but I couldn't find any tapes tagaretting on arms and chests. So I decided to order this tape from amazon at once. Not very useful for the at-home workout
I was disappointed with this tape.More than half of the exercises require a bench, which was not specified in the tape description when I purchased it.I did the whole workout, simply lying on the floor whenever Cory used the bench, but I did not feel that I got very much out of it.The triceps workouts were good (and do not require a bench), but if that is all you're looking for, I recommend trying something else.Also, the tape claims to be from 1995, but it looks more like it was produced in 1985.This tape is for people with a home gym or for those who go to a gym to workout.

Cory has better videos than this one ...
I bought this video but ended up returning it.It's not for a home workout but more a gym tutorial.Plus it is not done in Cory's normal style.
