Soothing, not Flashy
Kripalu has come out with a wonderful set of yoga videos which fulfill thre different niches.Gentle is wonderful before bed.Two 20-30 minute workouts offer a choice depending on your mood, and both are wonderfully soothing.Dynamic is longer and tougher, but not fast like Power yoga.The asanas are pretty much the same as Power yoga, but slower, thus giving a nice step in that direction if one wishes.If not, Stephen Cope has put together a top notch yoga session that is more strenuous than the other two.Partner I often do with my husband, and we both enjoy it.I found it to flow better than the Living Arts Yoga for Two, and to be a nice way to connect with my spouse. Each video has it's own unique quality.I love the Gentle for a shorter class, Sudha's teaching is compassionate and clear, the Dynamic is apowerful flow and Stephen's teaching is strong and deep and the Partnervideo is so much fun to do with a friend!
