From Holland comes Miffy, a calm, almost Zen-like bunny starring in his first video. Over 90 books of Dick Bruna's simple stories have delighted preschoolers for 40 years. The reasons for their popularity--especially inEurope--are pretty clear: tame figures (a dog named Snuffy, a bear named Boris,etc.) painted in bright colors have easily digestible tales--a day in the snow, practicing the flute, dreaming of the moon. Certainly the hyper child would rather do yard work than watch this 30-minute video, but the youngest of video watchers, ages 18 months to 3 years, should enjoy the tape's six tales and bright songs. Captivating video for infants to toddlers
Our son is not easily entertained and very few things hold his interest for long. But ever since he was about five months old this video is one of his favorite things. The bright colors, catchy little songs and simple stories are perfect for babies and very captivating. Now he is ten months old and whenever we put this video in for him he claps his hands and squeals in delight! We can't get him anything more than mildly interested in other cartoons or stories. But sing the Miffy song, show him a Miffy book, or this video and he's as happy as can be! I got this as a baby shower gift, I would have never bought a video for such a young child. But now that it's such a part of his entertainment I've bought two more videos and a bunch more of the books. I really recommend this video for any child two or younger!

This sci-fi road journey is set in the near future (1999--six yearsafter the film was initially released). This depicts future commitment and love
Whoever doesn't like this film does not understand the concept that this film is an essence of wonderful animation and storytelling never seen on the TV screen. This film simply depicting what nature may do to the world someday as a punishment or a recreation for the world like a wind of amnesia, and some may have not been affected and those characters will help begin a whole new Earth. Weather the ideas are good or bad, the people will take advantage and help other people with forgotten memories.

A Masterful, Plot Driven Story
After reading some of the reviews, I noticed that a lot of those who watched this movie felt it was somewhat slow. But I don't think that is the case. It certainly isn't like a lot of other anime out there, where action is generally what moves it along. In this case, the plot is the focus, character development as a second, with action as a distant third. And because it is a plot driven story, I think a lot of people felt that A Wind Named Amnesia was just too different. Yes, it is different, and it's also a required taste, but it still, I think, is a masterpiece of anime. The story flows evenly from start to finish, allowing only a few flashbacks early on to interrupt it, and even then they are key moments in the story. By the end of the movie, while the ending was a bit bittersweet, it doesn't leave you with a feeling of being cheated.

The theme was dull and overdone. Basically, everyone forgets how to be human and act like dogs, and this guy is taught by this other guy and this chick how to be human. Three Ultras are better than one
This movie is great. The only problem I had was with the horrible enghish acting.I just change the audio to japanese with the eng subs.Other than that,I would recommend this movie to fans,but it seems this one was ment for kids.

The kids and I love it.
I used to watch Ultraman everyday without fail when I was a kid.I bought this and let my kids watch and they love it too (to my surprise).Watching it now I can see the simple underlying moral of the story.Ultraman is a good hero.It's a great break from the slightly depraved Cartoon Network and Disney programming.And the direction is astonishing.Even without the subtitles, the story comes through clearly.My next purchase is the Tiga series.

I am a fan of Ultraman since I was a kid. I grew sick and tired of it as time goes by. Until I watched the first episode of Ultraman Gaia (series). One and a half stars - This is wicked boring poo-poo...
I have a vague memory of seeing the live Hong-Kong version of Wicked City prior to watching the Anime version, and liking it. No idea why I got the viewing order switched around, but these things happen. I even remember liking this low-budget sci-fi stuntfest AFTER watching the Anime.

To "A Viewer" that stated that nudity is not nice to put in anime.You cant have a good anime without some form of sex.As far as this film goes, not quite as cool as the actual anime it was based on, but still worth the time.

Wicked City
The comic book action is what makes the backbone of this movie that is based on the manga. The plot involves a woman from another dimension and a human policeman from earth who are trying to keep the peace between their races by preventing an assasination and staying alive in the process. There are subplots involving policeman's partner being part human and part preturnatual beastie keeping his evil wild side in check while helping him and the woman out; the love story between the policeman and the woman; and all of the characters questioning where their loyalties lie. A great alternative to shows like "Akira" and "South Park"
The entire Pokemon series is great for all ages!It's a great alternative to the usual, annoying blood-and nudity obsessed shows like "Akira' and "Tank Police",and a great alternative to"South Park" and "Family Guy".If you want good,quality Here we go!
If I am to be honest the pokemon series aren�t that good. My oppinion may come from the fact that I might be a wee bit to old for this kinda stuff. Sure, the series are pretty entertaining to watch. But not as good as Akira or Dominion Tank Police,wich might be more my age. If you are younger they might be really nice to watch. A total waste of money

This is the edited version of Sailor Moon S's 3rd volume. Continuing the mystery of the heart snatchers' plan and the mission of Uranus and Neptune, this volume develops the relationship between Sailor Moon and Uranus.
Pure Hearts in Danger!
In these 3 episodes, Kaorinite is still after pure hearts!!! In the first episode, Amy feels like she's been studying too hard. Darien urges her to take a break and do something fun for a change. So she decides to swim for a while. But while she swims, the heart snatchers are back and Amy is in danger! In the next episode, the scouts are at a motercross competition wathing Amara (Sailor Uranus) compete. But then, trouble appears! One of the racers is targeted and the scouts have already left. But Sailor Moon stayed at the competition (she missed the bus home) and sailor Neptune and Uranus are fighting to protect the heart crystal from Kaorinite! Can Sailor Moon and Uranus get along to face this new enemy? In the last episode, Raye has been really worried about her dream she had in episode 1 of S sereis. So she talkes to Amara about her problems. Chad is thinking that Raye isn't paying much attention to him lately and when he sees her with Amara, he misunderstands her for a boy! Memories of the greatest anime ever
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon brings back so many memories. When I was very young and Sailor Moon first came out, I found it by fate by flipping the channels. Back then no one else watched it and it was on at 6:00 in the morning. Many years later I reunited with it and then I ordered the Japanese episodes fansubbed. The Japanese episodes were amazing. Back then their was no official distributer, so I ordered from a fansubbed distributer. The Japanese version was so different from the American version. It was completely different. I love both versions though. The English version brings back memories from my childhood while the Japanese version is uncut. It's fun comparing the episodes and seeing how much was changed. This version, however, is the edited and changed. It cuts out many scenes and makes a lot of changes. While it has changed a lot from the original Japanese version, it's great for a trip down memory lane, and brings back my childhood memories. This volume has very important episodes. This volume has many romantic moments and Serena/Darien and Usagi/Mamoru are my favorite couple ever. Many exciting events happen, and this volume is very important. Serena and Darien and Usagi and Mamoru are my favorite couple ever. It brings back memories from your childhood. The Japanese version is my favorite. I love Tuxedo Mask.

Namek Is The Greatest
The Namek Saga is the greatest of all sagas. Unfortunatly you cannot buy this saga anywhere hardly. I think that it should be sold on every store that sells anime. Amazon sells alot of DBZ yet their collection lacks the Namek Saga. If you ask me i think they should order a bunch from somewhere because i think it would sell.

Unlike the Saiyan Conflict, I don't like this saga. Its 28 episodes of fluff. Just waiting around for Goku. This saga I do reccomend to pick up the new pioneer version.
