Excellent Workout
Deborah Crocker and gang give you a great low-impact workout.Deborah's warmup gets you going and the enthusiasm she and her crew shows keeps you going.By the end of this 50+ minute tape you know you have worked out!I am in the beginning to intermediate level now and can't quite keep up, but with Deborah to urge you on, it's pretty easy to keep going and at the end you get a really good cool-down as well.I recently tried to re-order this tape and found the wait a bit long, but believe me, if you can hang in there, it is worth the wait. ... tired of being pregnant workout
One of the worst made exersize videos I have ever done.It looks and feels more like home made - balancing camera, side noise and there is NO music.I think it was shot at someones guest house or close to it.The instructor looks over 35 and very tired. not only she gave me zero motivation to complete the workout, I could not resist to feeling sorry for her ,me and any other pregnant woman.Besides, it is not physically challenging at all. ... I found it!
This video is old, but it's still one of my favorites. My first copy got destroyed in a move and I thought I'd never find it again. I even ordered an extra for a fried. Don't waste your money
This is the worst workout tape i have ever laid eyes upon. The instructor goes way too fast and doesn't give info on how to do the steps. What he does best is moves his hips as shown in the warm up and cool down. It made me wonder if i was watching an exercise tape or a porno. The only person who benefits from the tape is M.C. Cash. His dancers are tired out and the viewer is too confused to actually do anything but watch them. This video is not worth 2.00.
