Great Tape
Although I bought this tape online with the intention of using it for cardio, the dancing is a little fast for me but it's an entertaining tape that gets you moving.
Good workout
Outdated, but nonetheless a good workout.Fun, but way too country.

Great starter exercise video!
I used this tape for years before moving on to more advanced tapes.The choreography is kind of old-fashioned, but remains fun.It's only 20 minutes long and easy to learn.The instructor is cute and upbeat without being cloying.I still return to it occasionally on low-energy days. "Gettin' down with the fanny lifter"
This is an excellent workout. I love the Firm workouts. I have lost 60 pounds and counting doing Firm workouts 4-5 times a week along with eating a healthy diet. It uses light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, the fanny lifter, and the sculpting stick. Its a cardio + sculpt video. I really enjoy the step aerobics segment. Emily is a great leader. She cues well and she is energetic. This video has an extra long stretching part (i think its about 12 minutes) in the end which is very relaxing and really soothes your muscles after working them so hard in the workout.Highly recommended!

Too much for me
I had the complete opposite experience with this workout than did the previous reviewer.The combination of doing upper and lower body exercises simultaneously caused my heartrate to soar which caused symptoms of overtraining.

Look elsewhere for kickboxing!
Someone gave me this video and I popped it in the VCR once and passed it along.This was so boring and the intensity was very low.You could also tell that there wasn't very much money put into this video.If you are looking for kickboxing I recommend Kathy Smith or Aaron Lankfords Power Kicks.Advanced kickboxers I recommend Dawei Kickboxing.You are better off passing on this one.

I was very pleased with this video.It is a very good overall workout, pretty intense cardio as you progress.The instructor is a karate champion so almost all of the moves are karate based. There are a lot of selfdefense techniques too incorporated in the workout. He provides plenty ofmotivation and fully explains moves and stances.The more you use thisvideo the stronger you will feel.The music is not that great though andthe rotating set can be a little annoying but apart from that its a greatenergising video. ... For fans of the old '20 minute workout'
This video by the creator of 20 minute workout is a treat for fans of the old series from the eighties.Everything you remember is here:the all-white sets, the spinning disks, overhead cameras, cheesy synthesized 80's rock, and beautiful ladies.The only thing missing are the leg warmers--oh! AND of course they're all nekkid!Good retro memories.

this video is one of the few simply erotic andanatomically interesting videos there are.the only unnatural items to be seen where lipstick-almost inevitable,and one of the three girls,obviously lightened hair.

Naked women and exercise: What's not to like?
Like the title says, this video is entirely filled with nude women doing aerobics. They're wearing nothing but socks and sneakers, and they do their exercises as if nothing is amiss. The action happens in a solid white room, giving it that Matrix look. The camera slowly circles the girls, sometimes showing a top-down shot that is a bit weird. No guys in this one.
The description says Steve Bacic, Dale Wilson, and Sam Malkin are in this video. The only place I know these guys are together, is in 21 Jump Street, episode #100, Wasted.
Don't waste your money
This is not a good tape.The instructor fails even a basic stepper.The "advanced" instuctor works on a low step using hand weights incorrectly.Use Kathy Smiths tape to get a better, more informative workout. Smiths tape is good for all levels.
